Return of the Hero Pt. 2: Attack

Damien:  We've been waiting for you to awaken.

Alexander:  Has anything happened while I was gone?

Alexandra:  Well, you see-  *Gets cut off when she hears people screaming, and laughter that haunts her in her sleep*

Empress:  Gyahahahahaha!  I'm back, Alexandra!

Alexandra:  Dammit, I knew she would come back, but not this early!

Alexander:  Who was that?!

Alexandra:  Stay here, Alex!  I'll go see what's going on!  *Armors up, grabs her sword, and rushes out into battle*

Alexander:  Wait!  *Gets up, and follows her*

Alexandra:  *Sees the Empress holding an innocent person by the throat*  Hey!

Empress:  *Drops The civilian*  I had a feeling you would try to stop me!

Alexandra:  Let's finish this!  *Takes a battle stance*

Empress:  Hahaha!  *Draws her sword*

Alexandra and the Empress start to fight, but Alexandra starts losing ground, until....

Alexander:  SIS!!  *Strikes The Empress in the face with his sword*

Empress:  Argh!!  *Clutches her face, which has a slash mark.  She glares at Alexander, and immediately recognizes him in fear*  N-No!  Not you!

Alexandra:  *Glows brightly, then launches a blast of Light energy at the Empress, which cleanses the evil from her heart*

Empress:  AAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!  *She drops to her knees, dazed but still alive*

Alexander:  Is she....

Empress:  *Moans, and opens her eyes, which are now light blue instead of red.  She looks at Alexandra*  You...you saved me.

Alexandra:  Saved you?  What do you mean by-

Alexander:  Look!  *Points to something*

Alexandra:  *Looks in the direction Alexander was pointing, and sees a cloud of Darkness that used to be in the Empress' heart*

The Empress' Darkness escapes.

Alexander:  Let's get her inside.  She really needs help.

Alexandra:  You're right.

Alexander and Alexandra bring the Empress inside their castle.
